Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status at any time.
I didn’t receive a tracking number, what should I do?
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 24 hours after ordering (on business days), please check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Feel free to contact our customer service.

My package hasn’t arrived, what now?
If your package hasn’t been delivered or you have any questions about the shipment, you can contact our support team or the carrier (e.g. DHL).
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call us on the same business day as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly, so we can not guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible, but we will do our best to help you if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
