What Are the Return Conditions?
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used.
Please note: if the tools show signs of use, they cannot be returned. We use specialized equipment to verify whether a product has been used.
The 14-day return period begins once your order is marked as delivered. The time it takes for your return shipment to reach us does not count toward this period.
Important: If you purchased your product through a wholesaler or dealer, their return policy may differ. Please contact them directly for return arrangements.
What If My Product Arrived Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
To help us investigate properly, we ask you to:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately upon opening.
- Contact us via email or phone with the photos attached.
⚠️ Reports made after 7 days cannot be processed, even if you were on vacation or away. We maintain this strict deadline to prevent misuse or tampering.
If the product is found to be faulty due to a production or technical issue (not caused by external damage such as drops or mishandling), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or repair.
