ORDERS, SHIPPING & PAYING
You can order Kyone tools in two ways, depending on your location:
1. Through our official webshop
We currently ship to a selected list of countries. If you live in one of the following countries, you can place your order directly through our webshop:

2. Through our exclusive dealers
In some countries, Kyone tools are only available through our official dealers. That means you cannot place an order via our webshop, but you can buy our products locally.

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.Orders placed on business days before 12:00 (CEST – Central European Summer Time / Amsterdam time) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Yes! As soon as your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status at any time.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 24 hours after ordering (on business days), please check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Feel free to contact our customer service.

Kyone does not deliver to every country in the world. We currently ship to a selected list of countries through our webshop. Additionally, in some regions, Kyone products are sold exclusively through official dealers. This means that if you are located in one of these countries, you might not be able to place orders through the webshop, but you can purchase our products directly from our dealers.

We offer several secure payment options in our webshop. You can pay using:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Debit Card
- PayPal
- SEPA Bank Transfer
Choose the method that suits you best during checkout. All payments are processed securely.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call us on the same business day as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly, so we can not guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible, but we will do our best to help you if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
RETURN POLICY
What Are the Return Conditions?
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used.
Please note: if the tools show signs of use, they cannot be returned. We use specialized equipment to verify whether a product has been used.
The 14-day return period begins once your order is marked as delivered. The time it takes for your return shipment to reach us does not count toward this period.
Important: If you purchased your product through a wholesaler or dealer, their return policy may differ. Please contact them directly for return arrangements.
What If My Product Arrived Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
To help us investigate properly, we ask you to:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately upon opening.
- Contact us via email or phone with the photos attached.
⚠️ Reports made after 7 days cannot be processed, even if you were on vacation or away. We maintain this strict deadline to prevent misuse or tampering.
If the product is found to be faulty due to a production or technical issue (not caused by external damage such as drops or mishandling), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or repair.
How Do I Return a Product and What Are the Costs?

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. For your own security, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within3 to 5 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been handled and any refund or exchange has been issued.
SERVICE, REPAIR & WARRANTY
If your Kyone product needs service or falls under warranty, where you send it depends on where you purchased it:
- Bought it from a distributor or wholesaler?
Please contact them directly. They will handle the service process and arrange everything for you. - Ordered it from our webshop?
You can send the product directly to us. After submitting your service request, we’ll provide the return address and clear instructions.

If you’re interested in becoming an official Kyone Service Center, we’d love to hear from you.
Please send an email to service@kyone.nl with the following details:
- Company name
- Full address
- Telephone number
- Website (optional)
- Contact person
- A short description of your business and services
Once we receive your request, we’ll review the information and get back to you as soon as possible.
After receiving your product, our technical team will perform a thorough inspection to determine the nature of the issue.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge and returned to you without any shipping costs.
- If the damage is not covered under warranty (e.g. due to improper use), the product will be repaired automatically without prior consultation. In this case, repair and shipping costs will be charged.

All Kyone products come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Please note:
This warranty excludes the cutting head, moving parts, and the battery, as these are considered wear-and-tear components.
For questions about your warranty or service request, feel free to contact us at service@kyone.nl.
Please make sure to pack your product securely before sending it to us:
- Wrap the product in foil or newspaper
- Fill the box with newspaper, paper, or other padding material to prevent movement and protect the product during transit
⚠️ Important: Kyone is not liable for any damage caused during shipping due to insufficient packaging.
Proper packaging ensures your product arrives safely and can be processed without delay.
The shipping costs to send your product to us or to the service center are always at your own expense.
If the repair is covered under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs to send the product back to you.
This depends on the type of complaint or maintenance required.
We always aim to carry out the repair as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that you may be without your product for approximately 1 working week.
